Dates for Pre-Registration
Graduate/Professional: Tuesday, March 18 at 7 a.m.
Senior (89+ hours): Tuesday, April 1 at 7 a.m.
Junior (59-88 hours): Tuesday, April 8 at 7 a.m.
Sophomore (29-58 hours): Tuesday, April 15 at 7 a.m.
Freshman (0-28 hours): Tuesday, April 22 at 7 a.m.
Please note the change from Mondays to Tuesdays to mark the opening day for pre-registration for each group.
Classifications include current Spring 2008 term hours.
Advising Info and Term PIN
If you are advised through the Undergraduate Academic Services Center, please call 304-293-5805×1 between 8:15am – 4:45pm for an appointment. If you are unsure of who your advisor is, it is best that you call this number to find out the name of your advisor. You must have a Term PIN that you receive from the advisor to register. Plan ahead to make sure that you have the Term PIN well in advance of your pre-registration date. Write the date down, the Term PIN and keep it all in a safe place until your pre-registration time.

In anticipation of the increase in the number of MIX users during the registration period, we are encouraging students to register by accessing STAR directly at http://star.wvu.edu.
- Click ‘STAR Access’ (between STAR links and STAR news).
- Then click STAR Information System Login at the next screen. Enter you WVU ID or MIX ID and password for the PIN.
