WVU does not automatically print and mail grades to students. Instead, you have to view your grades on MIX. If you want a copy of the grade mailer for the semester, you must request a copy of the grade mailer in MIX as follows at the time of pre-registration:
a. Click the “STAR” tab
b. Click the “WVU STAR Information System” link
Click the “Student & Financial Aid” selection
d. Click the “Registration” selection
e. Click the “Request Grade Mailer” selection
f. Select the term for which you desire a grade mailer
g. Click “Submit”
h. Repeat steps “f” and “g” for each term a grade mailer is desired.
You have to make a selection for every term you want a grade mailer sent.
