Enter User Name. Enter password . Effective February 4, 2008 all users must change the password in STAR. You should do this before the time for pre-registration to avoid any delays. You will need to change it to a six digit only password (no more and no less) which consists of only alphabetic or numeric characters (no special characters). The password is case sensitive. If you have problems, you will need to call the HelpDesk at 304-293-4444 because that is the only way to reset your password. This password will expire every 90 days after the initial change has incurred.
